At Develan, we understand that decorating your home is a thoughtful process – and sometimes, plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and fair policy for order cancellations and product exchanges.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@develan.com.
We allow free cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. During this time, we can halt processing and issue a full refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account

After 12 hours, your order may have already begun processing or shipment preparation. In such cases, we can no longer cancel the order, but we may be able to update your shipping address before dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may proceed with a return after delivery under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you’ve received a rug that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement rug as quickly as possible.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or color preferences.

Conditions for Exchange Approval

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or if it is reported outside the exchange window.
