• Your electronic or physical signature

2. What Happens After You Submit a Claim

Upon receiving your claim, our legal or compliance team will:

• Review the provided documentation
• Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content (if necessary)
• Reach out to the content owner or seller (if applicable)
• Notify you of any action taken or additional information required

We strive to handle claims quickly and fairly. If both parties agree, we may offer mediation or clarification before permanent action is taken.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If the content owner believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification. In this case, we will review both claims and determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable laws.

Develan does not tolerate intellectual property infringement. We reserve the right to remove any product, content, or listing that violates legal rights – and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
