WHAT TYPES OF RUGS DOES DEVELAN SELL?
We offer a curated selection of high-quality rugs for every room in your home – including the living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and even outdoor spaces. Our collection features unique textures, artistic prints, minimalist styles, and bold, statement-making designs.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply browse our website, add the rug(s) you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment platforms like PayPal. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of size or quantity. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Order Processing Time: 2-4 business days
- Shipping Time: 5-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Delivery Days: Monday to Friday only (excluding holidays)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the near future.
WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We ship using trusted and trackable services: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Yes – you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After the order enters processing, changes may be limited to the shipping address only.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IS LOST?
We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Email support@develan.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR PERSONALIZED NOTES?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you are welcome to leave a note during checkout and we’ll include it when possible.
