At Develan, we understand that the experience of receiving your rug should feel as seamless and comforting as the piece itself. That’s why we’ve built a transparent and reliable shipping process – so you know exactly when and how your rug will arrive.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the continental United States.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the 48 contiguous states at this time.

Flat-Rate Shipping

To keep things simple and accessible, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order – regardless of the number of items or destination within our delivery zone.

Processing Time

Every Develan rug is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. This includes quality assurance, packaging, and coordination with our shipping partners.
Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days via ground shipping.
Please note that we only dispatch and deliver orders from Monday to Friday – no shipments are processed or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Holiday Schedule & Carrier Limitations

Our warehouse and shipping partners observe the following U.S. holidays. Orders placed on or around these dates may experience delays in processing and delivery:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
  • Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and delivery timelines are subject to their service schedules.

Address Changes & Modifications

Need to make a change? You can update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once your item has entered processing or transit.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Feel free to monitor its journey – from our floor to yours – every step of the way.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and we’re here to help.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@develan.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For lost or delayed shipments, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement if necessary.
For damaged items, please provide photographs of the damage along with the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Please note that Develan is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions, but we will always advocate on your behalf to resolve any issue.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Develan, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident every step of the way. If your rug doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy designed to give you peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and inserts are included
  • The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order rugs
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our team at support@develan.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number].” Include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Optional: photos of the product (if applicable)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The return is due to a verified issue with product quality

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely. Develan is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for color preference, size swaps, or change-of-mind purchases. For those, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your product arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include photos and order details. We’ll investigate the issue and work to resolve it quickly – whether through replacement or refund.
