1. Cancel Window

Due to fast processing of in-stock items, order cancellations are strictly limited.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances
Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled

If a cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

2. Changes to Contact or Shipping Information

Changes to order information are handled separately from cancellations.

Requests to update contact information or shipping details may be supported as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier
Support for information changes is subject to order status and is not guaranteed once processing has begun
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, no changes can be made

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, the following conditions apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered during checkout
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for cancellation after the 12-hour window
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or refund
If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
