This Shipping & Delivery page explains how orders are processed and delivered for in-stock women’s apparel purchased through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Order Handling Time
All products available on our website are in-stock and ready to ship.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed before 5:30 PM (cut-off time) will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Handling time refers to the period required to verify payment, prepare, and pack your order before shipment.
3. Shipping Carrier, Cost & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via USPS for all domestic U.S. deliveries.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $6.75.

Transit time is 3 to 5 business days.

Total delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, calculated as handling time plus transit time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking & Shipping Updates
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent automatically.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipment progress can be monitored directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
Please contact us if tracking information is not available after shipment.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Domestic U.S. shipping addresses are supported.

International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to address errors.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

Provide your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged.
We will review the case and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
8. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, the order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
